What You're Buying

• You are NOT buying products - You are buying access keys to download digital content
• All transactions are blockchain-based and immutable
• No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals possible
• All sales are final

Important Terms

• Payments are made directly to creators via Solana blockchain
• 4grab does NOT hold, process, or control your funds
• Platform fee: 10% (automatically split on-chain)
• Affiliate commission: 10% (if using referral link)
• Creator receives: 80% (or 90% without affiliate)

Account & Identity

• Your Solana wallet address IS your account
• No passwords, emails, or sign-ups required
• Keep your wallet seed phrase secure - we cannot recover access
• Connect the same wallet to access your purchases

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following content types are strictly forbidden on 4grab:

• ❌ Illegal content (child exploitation, terrorism, etc.)
• ❌ Weapons, explosives, or dangerous materials guides
• ❌ Stolen data, hacked accounts, or credentials
• ❌ Malware, viruses, or malicious software
• ❌ Drugs, pharmaceuticals, or controlled substances
• ❌ Counterfeit documents (IDs, passports, certificates)
• ❌ Pirated content (movies, software, music, books)
• ❌ Personal data harvesting or doxxing materials
• ❌ Fake reviews, fake followers, or manipulation services
• ❌ Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or scams
• ❌ Hate speech or content promoting violence

🛒 Instructions for Buyers

How to Purchase

1. Browse marketplace and find a product you want
2. Click on the product to view details
3. Connect your Phantom wallet (or compatible Solana wallet)
4. Click "Pay with Phantom" button
5. Approve the transaction in your wallet
6. Wait for blockchain confirmation (~1-2 seconds)
7. Download button will appear automatically

Accessing Your Purchases

• Visit your Profile (click your avatar in top-right)
• All purchased products appear in "🛒 Purchased" section
• Click "📥 Download" to re-download anytime
• No download limits - access forever

Using Referral Links

• If you buy through someone's referral link, they earn 10% commission
• Price stays the same - creator receives 80% instead of 90%
• You don't pay extra for using referral links

Ratings & Reviews

• After purchasing, you can rate products (1-5 stars)
• Help other buyers make informed decisions
• You can only rate products you've actually purchased
• One rating per product per wallet

💰 Instructions for Sellers

How to Sell

1. Click "+ Sell Something!" on homepage
2. Fill out product details:
   • Title (clear, descriptive)
   • Short description (1-2 sentences)
   • Full description (what buyer gets, benefits, etc.)
   • Tags (helps buyers find your product)
   • Price in SOL
   • Your wallet address (where you'll receive payments)
3. Upload product image (cover/thumbnail)
4. Upload the actual file buyers will download
5. Click "Create PTAG (Free Promo!)"
6. Complete publishing (currently FREE during promo)

Managing Your Products

• Access Dashboard from wallet dropdown menu
• Overview: See total sales, earnings, recent activity
• Products: View, edit, or delete your listings
• Sales: See who bought what and when
• Earnings: Track revenue by product
• Referrals: See affiliate commissions you've earned

Pricing Strategy

• Remember: You receive 80% (with affiliate) or 90% (without affiliate)
• Price competitively - check similar products
• Free products (0.000 SOL) are allowed for marketing
• Can edit price anytime from dashboard

Best Practices

• Use high-quality cover images (professional appearance)
• Write clear, honest descriptions (builds trust)
• Deliver value - good products get good ratings
• Share your product links on social media
• Use relevant tags for discoverability
• Update products if you improve them (buyers get new version)

Getting Your Referral Link

1. Go to ANY product page
2. Connect your wallet
3. Scroll to "🔗 Your Referral Link" section
4. Copy your unique link (includes your wallet as ref parameter)
5. Share it anywhere you want!

Earning Commissions

• When someone buys through your link: You get 10% instantly
• Payment is automatic and on-chain (no waiting, no approval needed)
• No minimum payout - you get paid per transaction
• Commission appears in your wallet within seconds
